Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  We are very clear with how we have to determine each home value. We have to see where the house is located. Then figure out what repairs may be required. What’s the current condition of the house. What are the values of the surrounding houses in the neighborhood that have sold recently.

Our goal is to check out all that information so we can give you a fair and reasonable offer for you specific property. If our offer does not help you, then we won’t be able to buy your house. So we work hard to craft an offer that works for both ourselves and you, the homeowner.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
